1. Acceptance

By using Adibi Tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What We Provide

Adibi Tools provides free and paid online tools for processing files and generating content. Free accounts are limited to 3 tool uses per day and files up to 5MB. Pro accounts get unlimited uses and files up to 50MB.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Adibi Tools to process illegal content, infringe copyright, or attempt to circumvent our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your Files

You retain all ownership of files you upload. We process them on your behalf and do not claim any rights over your content. Free user files are never stored. Pro user output files are stored for up to 90 days then deleted.

5. Payment

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at £4.99/month. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have an issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Adibi Tools is provided as-is. We are not liable for any data loss, processing errors, or damages arising from use of the service. Always keep backups of important files.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
